On 25 April 2013 a US Customs and Border Protection aircraft at Aguadilla airport, Puerto Rico, recorded on thermal camera an object that crossed the runway approach, flew low over the sea, appeared to enter the water and later to split in two. Researchers published an analysis in 2015; Mick West argues it was two balloons. The corpus cites it.
