And Ed Teller's wife goes, "I've never heard him say that before." cuz he was such a And so he he gets funding by this guy Floyd Odlum for this guidance technologies in Santa Monica. Floyd Odlum is the uh largest investor, single investor in Northrop at the time, pre-pre merger with Grumman. And so he's working on all these experiments. In '67 he gives, you know, demos to the Rand
Corporation, to Curtis LeMay, to Lear, to all these people. They're all freaking out. Then the trail goes dark. He says, "I got to close up shop. Didn't get any sort of successful result." I've spoken to his daughter about this, and she's like, "He definitely got some successful results." >> Yeah. Okay. >> And then in 1968, and you can go find this paper now, a Northrop paper comes out, and it says, "We are experimenting with to confer a tactical advantage to, you know, an airframe or whatever." And how would this help with air with airflow

And then they retract the paper, and they act like they're going to hide it. And then Floyd Odlum pays off Towns and Brown $4,000 a month for the rest of his life to his family.
