Randy Anderson says that in March 2014 he was taken to a secret underground facility at the Naval Surface Warfare Center at Crane, Indiana, and shown a series of objects. “the first object was a metallic basketball siiz sphere” that “looked like it was just levitating above the podium so there was space” between it and the surface. In the episode’s opening he describes the same sphere as producing a “mirage type of effect” in the air around it.
Jesse Michels frames the visit as the beginning of Anderson’s account of an “off-world technology division”, and in a later episode recalls Anderson “who came on my show earlier this year” describing objects covered in “alien looking hieroglyphics”. The sphere is therefore one exhibit in a longer claimed tour rather than a craft seen in the sky; the corpus carries no second witness and no document.
