In January 1996 residents of Varginha, Minas Gerais reported strange creatures, and three young women described a brown-skinned being with red eyes on 20 January; military police and Army units were said to have captured creatures and taken them away. The Army said the women saw a homeless man. A former defence minister discusses it in the corpus.
