- Elena Hardy explicitly says the discussed GLI3 finding does not explain tridactyly. It is not genetic proof of a three-fingered species.
- The introduction’s broad once-alive language is stronger than McDowell’s qualified statement that some objects might warrant further investigation.
- Carbon-14 dates sampled material, not an entire assemblage, collection history or extraterrestrial identity.
- Estrada studies particular submitted items containing disordered human/animal material and modern substances. Do not silently identify them as Maria, Josefina or Montserrat.
- The January 2024 airport-seizure announcement addresses the seized figures, not automatically every named specimen. Its page was located, not substantively retrieved in this review.
- The 1945 Trinity account in fyX8V1XXmQM is retrospective testimony, not a 1945 specimen record or independent corroboration of Peru.
- An uncertain shared digit count does not demonstrate a Varginha–Peru population relationship.
