McKinnon was indicted in the United States in 2002 for intrusions into Army, Navy, Air Force, Pentagon and NASA networks; the UK blocked his extradition in 2012. He says he found a spreadsheet of 'non-terrestrial officers' and a partly downloaded image of a smooth cigar-shaped object. The intrusions are a matter of record; what he saw is his testimony alone.
