George Knapp

George Knapp is an investigative reporter at KLAS-TV in Las Vegas and a long-time host of the radio programme Coast to Coast AM. In 1989 he broadcast Bob Lazar's account of S-4, the story that has defined the modern Area 51 mythology. He later covered Skinwalker Ranch during Robert Bigelow's ownership, co-authored Hunt for the Skinwalker (2005) with Colm Kelleher and Skinwalkers at the Pentagon (2021) with Kelleher and James Lacatski, and in 2017 obtained the AAWSAP reference documents through a Freedom of Information Act request.

Knapp's reporting is documented in broadcast and print, and he has won regional Emmy and Edward R. Murrow awards.
