Fifteen pages of handwritten notes attributed to physicist Eric Davis record a 16 October 2002 meeting in Las Vegas with Vice Adm Thomas Wilson, former Director of the DIA, in which Wilson described being denied access in 1997 to a special-access program holding recovered craft.
