Grusch said he had been informed of a multi-decade crash-retrieval program and of non-human biologics; Fravor and Graves recounted their encounters. What was said. Grusch testified that he was informed by colleagues of a program retrieving and reverse-engineering craft of non-human origin, that non-human biologics had been recovered, and that he could give details only in a closed setting. Fravor described the 2004 Tic Tac encounter; Graves said UAP sightings by military aviators were routine and under-reported. Asked by Rep. Nancy Mace about biologics, Grusch said they were non-human, according to people he had interviewed. (FACT about the testimony.)
What followed. The Schumer–Rounds UAP Disclosure Act was introduced in the Senate on 13 July and attached to the NDAA; its records-review board was cut in the December 2023 conference. Rep. Luna and Rep. Burchett pursued classified briefings and a second hearing in November 2024. (FACT.)
